Kokkorokko
Effective 5 June 2026
Kokkorokko brings honest, free-roaming country chicken from village farmers to your kitchen. We keep our promise to those farmers and to you the same way: by being plain about what we collect and why. We ask for the little we need to take your order and get it to your door — nothing more.
We use your information for one purpose only: to fulfil your orders and run the service — confirming an order, preparing and delivering it, keeping your order history available to you, and helping you if you reach out. We do not use it for anything else.
Your information is stored on the server operated by Kokkorokko. We keep it as long as your account is active so your addresses and past orders stay available to you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. The only time your details leave our system is to complete a delivery — for example, sharing your name, address and phone number with the delivery partner carrying your order. That is the whole of it.
To sign you in, we send a one-time passcode to your phone by SMS through a messaging provider. The provider receives only the number to text and the code to deliver — never your orders or addresses.
You can ask us to delete your account and all the information tied to it at any time. Just write to mkreddy.kalathuru@gmail.com from the number or with the details on your account, and we will take care of it.
If we ever change how we handle your information, we will update this page and move the effective date above. We will always keep it short and honest.
