Terms of Use

Welcome to Kokkorokko. These simple terms cover ordering country chicken through our app. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have kept them fair and free of fine print.

Using the app

• Please sign in with your own phone number and give us a real name and delivery address — it is how your order finds you.
• Keep your one-time code to yourself. Anyone with it can order on your account.
• Use Kokkorokko for genuine orders, not to disrupt the service or other customers.

Placing an order

Prices are shown in rupees (₹) and include the delivery fee at checkout. When you place an order it is an offer to buy at the prices shown; we confirm the order once our team accepts it. Because country chicken is sourced fresh from village farmers, the available breeds and weights change with the day's catch — if something you wanted has just sold out, we will let you know.

Payment

You can pay online or choose cash on delivery where offered. For cash on delivery, please keep the order total ready for our delivery partner.

Delivery, changes and cancellations

We aim to deliver promptly and in good condition. If you need to change or cancel an order, reach us quickly — once a bird is being prepared or is on its way, we may not be able to stop it. If anything arrives that is not right, tell us and we will make it good.

Being fair to each other

We do our honest best to source, price and deliver well, but we cannot promise the service will never have a hiccup. Treat our team and delivery partners kindly, and we will do the same for you.
